It adopts classic D-M-D three-layer composite structure, two-side polyester non-woven fabric compounded with intermediate PET polyester film.
Q:What is its heat-resistant class and long-term working temperature?
A:
Thermal endurance class is Class B, long-term working temperature is 130 deg C. Note: 155 deg C is short-term thermal bonding test condition, not continuous operating temperature.
Q:What standard does 6630 DMD follow?
A:
Manufactured in accordance with Chinese national standard GB/T5591.1-2017. Our product performance meets all technical requirements of GB/T5591.1-2017.
Q:What thickness options can you supply?
A:
Nominal thickness covers 0.15 mm, 0.17 mm, 0.20 mm, 0.25 mm, 0.30 mm, 0.35 mm, 0.40 mm, 0.45 mm. Custom thickness can be discussed upon request.
Q:What about bonding performance of this DMD material?

No delamination under room temperature. After 10-minute test at 155 deg C, no delamination, no blister and no adhesive overflow.
