We provide a 1-year warranty starting from the acceptance date. During the warranty, we are responsible for quality problems, maintenance, and parts replacement. Artificial damage is repaired by us but the user pays for damaged devices. After the warranty period, we provide lifelong maintenance where the user covers labor and material costs, and we also offer charging upgrades.
