Standard materials are SS304 and SS316L. Special materials such as 310S, 904L, and 2205 duplex stainless steel are available for high temperature and strong corrosive working conditions. Material test reports (MTR) can be provided for every batch.

Q:Can you customize filter baskets according to my drawings or sizes?

Full customization is supported. We can manufacture baskets with custom diameter, height, hole pattern, flange size and handle structure. Our products fit standard #1, #2, #3, #4 filter bag housings and also support non-standard tailor-made dimensions.

Q:What hole sizes can you produce?

Perforated basket holes range from 2 mm to 20mm.

Q:What is your export packaging?

Each product is wrapped with foam protection and packed in export plywood wooden cases. The professional packaging effectively prevents deformation, scratch and damage during long-distance sea or air transportation.
