Q:Can we get samples before placing an order?

Yes, we provide free samples (100 meters/roll), but freight is not included. However, we will refund the freight cost if you place a full container order with us.
Q:What are the payment terms?
A:
We accept T/T and PayPal. For bulk orders, 30% T/T in advance and 70% balance against the copy of B/L. For samples, 100% payment is required in advance.
Q:Where is your factory located and how can I visit?

Our factory is at Building 1, No.185 Kangtai Road, Qianjiang Economic Development Area, Hangzhou, China. You can take high-speed rail to Yuhang or Hangzhou East, or fly to Hangzhou/Shanghai airports; we provide pickup service.
