Blank samples are free of charge if you pay the express fee. For printed or custom size samples, 100% of the mould and sample fee must be paid upfront, but this amount is refundable when the order quantity reaches 10,000,000 pcs.

Q:How long does it take to receive samples?

Samples are ready for delivery in 7-15 working days based on existing moulds. If a new mould is required, it takes about 20 days. Shipping via express takes an additional 3-5 working days.

Q:What is the lead time for mass production?

Generally, mass production takes 25-30 working days after sample approval, depending on order quantity and season. We recommend starting inquiries two months in advance.
