Our standard production includes protective PE surface film to prevent scratch during transport & installation. For heavy-impact high-wear projects we recommend selecting thicker wall-thickness profiles.

Q:Which finish should I pick for coastal / high-humidity outdoor projects?

Powder-coating or thick-film anodizing are preferred for coastal & outdoor conditions. Brushed bare aluminum is not suggested for long-term salt-spray exposure.

Q:Can I cut and bend these aluminum profiles on-site?

Yes. Profiles can be cut with aluminum-special saw blades. Some thin-wall models support mild cold-bending for curved surfaces; heavy-duty thick profiles need factory pre-bending. We share on-site processing tips in installation guide.

Q:Do you support custom non-standard cross-section profiles?

Yes, new extrusion mould opening service is available. MOQ and lead-time depend on mould & order quantity. Send your drawing for evaluation and quotation.

Q:What is the storage requirement for aluminum edge trim?

Store under dry ventilated condition at normal room temperature. Keep original protective film intact before installation. Avoid long-term damp stacking to prevent surface oxidation spots.
