Q:How should I select the plant?
A:
It depends on your requested parameters, such as raw water source, water quality, water yield, voltage, etc.
Q:What is your suggestion for maintenance?
A:
1) Check all circuits for damage; 2) Check valves for malfunctioning; 3) Check all pipes for leaks; 4) If not used for a long time, add protective solution to protect the reverse osmosis membrane. Open the inlet before the high-pressure pump, fill the tank with protective solution, connect via pipe, start the pump until the membrane group is full, then turn off the pump and close the inlet. Observe daily for leakage and replenish if necessary. Before restart, clear the protective solution.
Q:Could you offer some info about troubleshooting?

1) High-pressure pump: Inspect every 200 hours for normal pressure, oil levels, and abnormal working.
