What after-sales service do you provide for technical problems or part damage?

We provide remote video communication for troubleshooting. If unresolved, we send an engineer. Non-consumable parts damaged within the warranty period are replaced free of charge, with transportation paid by us.

What is the payment method for orders?

We start production upon receiving a 30% deposit. After production is finished and the remaining 70% payment is received, we arrange shipment and send the machine to the customer.
