Yes, you are welcome to visit anytime. We provide pickup services at Wenzhou Longwan Airport or Rui'an Railway Station.

Our factory is in Wanquan Industrial Zone, Pingyang County, Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China. Please make an appointment in advance for pickup.

What after-sales service is provided for technical problems?

We offer remote video support. If unresolved, we send an engineer. Non-consumable parts within warranty are replaced free of charge with freight paid by us.

What is the payment method for orders?

Production starts after receiving a 30% deposit. The remaining 70% is paid after production is finished, before shipment.
