Q:Can this valve be opened or closed without a key?

No. The lock head is of magnetic encryption structure. When there is no key, the lock head can only rotate idly and cannot drive the valve stem to rise or fall. It must be matched with the corresponding magnetic key to open and close, which serves the function of anti-theft control.

Q:Can hot water be used as the medium?

The maximum operating temperature is more then 80 temperature, suitable for cold water at normal temperature. It is not recommended to use hot water above 80 temperature for a long time as it will accelerate the aging of the rubber gate plate.

Q:If the valve is broken, can the lock be replaced separately?

Sure. The lock head is an independent component. The prerequisite is that the gate plate and valve stem inside the valve body are in good condition. Only a magnetic lock of the same specification needs to be matched for replacement.

Q:Will soft-sealed gate valves get stuck with mud and sand?

The flat-bottomed valve seat design ensures that the bottom of the gate plate is flush with the inner wall of the pipeline, making it less likely for debris and silt to accumulate. Compared with the old-fashioned wedge gate valve, it offers better anti-siltation performance.
