For prefab camp house: 6 experienced workers 100sqm per day. For 20ft flat pack container house: 4 workers 4 units per day. For 20ft cost-effective container house: 4-6 workers 1 unit per day. For single storey prefab villa(100m): 4-6 workers finished all installing in 1-2 week. For light steel structure villa: 6-8 workers finished about 40sqm within 8-10 days Above that it is conventional advice, Final result will base on the efficiency of local staff.

What kind of technical drawings could you provide?

We could provide three-view drawing, 3D picture, blueprint, foundation, plumbing, electrical, communication, fire alarm, installation, furniture and so on.

What is the lifespan and warranty period?

The lifespan for Prefab house is 5 to 10year, Container house is 10-15years, Steel structure is 15-20years and Villa is 20-50years. The warranty period for all the house is 12months from the delivery.
