Whole machine 1 year. In warranty period, We will send the part free to replace the one that is broken
Q:What are the payment terms?
A:
Our payment is T/T and L/C. 40% is paid by T/T as deposit. 60% is paid before shipment.
Q:Do you provide overseas service?
A:
We will dispatch engineer to install the machine if you need, buyer should afford the cost in buyer's country and round-trip air tickets. The compensation for engineer is 100USD/DAY.
Q:Do you offer wrapping film?
A:
Yes, we can offer you the plastic roll film, we have a long term cooperated supplier for roll film and the price is favorable.
