Please provide: 1. Product type and size. 2. Target weight per bag. 3. Bag type (photos preferred). 4. Bag width and length. 5. Required speed. 6. Room size. 7. Local voltage/frequency.
Q:What is the warranty period and coverage?
A:
The whole machine has a 1-year warranty. During this period, we send replacement parts for free if they break.
Q:What are the payment terms?
A:
We accept T/T and L/C. 40% is paid by T/T as a deposit, and the remaining 60% is paid before shipment.
Q:Do you provide overseas service and installation?
A:
Yes, we dispatch engineers for installation. The buyer must cover local costs, round-trip air tickets, and a compensation of 100 USD/day for the engineer.
Q:Can you supply wrapping film as well?
A:
Yes, we offer plastic roll film through a long-term cooperative supplier with favorable prices.
