The whole machine has a 1-year warranty. During this period, we send free parts to replace any broken components.
Q:What are the payment terms?

We accept T/T and L/C. 40% is paid as a deposit via T/T, and the remaining 60% is paid before shipment.
Q:Do you provide after-sales installation and training?

Yes, we train your engineers either at our factory or by dispatching our engineers to your company for installation and training.
Q:What if I cannot fix a problem in my country?
A:
Our engineers can travel to your location for support. However, you are responsible for covering the round-trip flight tickets and accommodation fees.
