Please provide: 1. Product to pack and size. 2. Target weight per bag. 3. Bag type (photos preferred). 4. Bag width and length. 5. Required speed. 6. Room size. 7. Local voltage/frequency.
Q:What is the warranty period for the machine?
A:
The whole machine has a 1-year warranty. During this period, we send broken parts free for replacement.
Q:What are the payment terms?
A:
We accept T/T and L/C. 40% is paid as a deposit via T/T, and the remaining 60% is paid before shipment.
Q:Do you provide overseas installation services?
A:
Yes, we dispatch engineers for installation. The buyer covers local costs, round-trip air tickets, and a compensation of 200 USD/day for the engineer.
Q:Can you supply wrapping film for the machine?
A:
Yes, we offer plastic roll film through our long-term cooperated supplier with favorable pricing.
