Q:What is the warranty period?

The whole machine has a 1-year warranty. During this period, we send free parts to replace broken ones.
Q:What are the payment terms?
A:
We accept T/T and L/C. 40% is paid as deposit via T/T, and 60% is paid before shipment.
Q:Do you provide overseas service?
A:
Yes, we dispatch engineers for installation. The buyer covers local costs and round-trip air tickets. Engineer compensation is 100 USD/day.
Q:Do you offer wrapping film?
A:
