Please provide the product to pack, size, target weight per bag, bag type (with photos if possible), bag width and length, required speed, room size, and power voltage/frequency.
Q:What is the warranty period?
A:
The whole machine has a 1-year warranty. In the warranty period, we send free parts to replace broken ones.
Q:What are the payment terms?
A:
We accept T/T and L/C. 40% is paid as deposit via T/T, and 60% is paid before shipment.
Q:Do you provide overseas service?
A:
Yes, we dispatch engineers to install the machine. The buyer covers local costs and round-trip air tickets. Engineer compensation is 200 USD per day.
Q:Do you offer wrapping film?
A:
Yes, we provide plastic roll film through long-term cooperative suppliers with favorable pricing.
