Please provide: 1. Product to pack and size. 2. Target weight per bag. 3. Bag type with photos if possible. 4. Bag width and length. 5. Pictures of pack or product.
Q:What is the warranty period?
A:
The whole machine has a 1-year warranty. During this period, we send free parts to replace any broken components.
Q:What are the payment terms?
A:
We accept T/T and L/C. 40% is paid as a deposit via T/T, and the remaining 60% is paid before shipment.
Q:Do you provide overseas service?
A:
Yes, we dispatch engineers to install the machine. The buyer covers local costs and round-trip air tickets, plus 100 USD/day compensation.
Q:Do you offer wrapping film?
A:
Yes, we provide plastic roll film through a long-term cooperative supplier with favorable pricing.
