Q:How to choose the right packing machine?
A:
Please provide: product type and size, target weight per bag, bag type (photos preferred), bag width and length, required speed, room size, and local voltage/frequency.
Q:What is the warranty period?
A:
The whole machine has a 1-year warranty. During this period, we send free parts to replace any broken components.
Q:What are the payment terms?
A:
We accept T/T and L/C. 40% is paid by T/T as a deposit, and the remaining 60% is paid before shipment.
Q:Do you provide overseas service?
A:
Yes, we dispatch engineers for installation. The buyer covers round-trip air tickets, local costs, and a compensation of 100 USD/day for the engineer.
Q:Can you supply wrapping film?
A:
Yes, we offer plastic roll film through a long-term cooperative supplier with favorable prices.
