Both processes use a heat press, but the transfer media differ. DTF (Direct-to-Film) uses a printed PET film with adhesive powder, which works on cotton, polyester, and blends. Sublimation requires polyester or coated surfaces, using sublimation paper. Our machines support both - you can switch processes by adjusting temperature, pressure, and time settings.

The 80x100cm (31.5"x39.4") platen fits adult T-shirts, hoodies, and most apparel. It also handles tote bags, aprons, and cut fabric pieces up to 80x100cm in a single press cycle.

Yes. The pneumatic double-station and rotary multi-station models are designed for exactly this - alternating loading and pressing reduces idle time and increases output per hour. Many of our customers run small-batch customization businesses with 100+ pieces per day.

All models include emergency stop, dual-hand start buttons, and over-temperature/over-pressure alarms. Swing-away and slide-out designs are available for safe ergonomic operation. Optional photoelectric safety sensors provide extra operator protection.
