Q:What are the terms of payment?
A:
1. T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% pay against the copy of B/L. 2. L/C at sight. 3. D/P at sight.
Q:What is the delivery time?
A:
Generally, one 20GP container of HPL takes 20 to 30 days after receiving advance payment. Phenolic laminate takes 10 days. Specific time depends on the order.
Q:Can you produce according to samples?
A:
Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings, but we must first confirm if the surface and size can be produced.
Q:What is the sample policy?
A:
We provide free A4 size samples or around 12cm*12cm size. For complete size samples, please send details to us.
Q:What are the terms of packing?
A:
We pack goods in plywood cases and plywood pallets. Laminate thicker than 5mm is normally packed by plywood pallets.
