Q:What are the terms of packing?

We pack our goods in plywood cases and plywood pallets. The thickness of laminate more than 5mm will be packed by plywood pallets normally.
Q:What are the terms of payment?
A:
1. T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% pay against the copy of B/L. 2. L/C at sight. 3. D/P at sight.
Q:What are the terms of delivery?
A:
EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF.
Q:What is the delivery time?
A:
Generally, a 20GP container of HPL takes 20 to 30 days after receiving advance payment. Phenolic laminate takes 10 days. Specific time depends on your order.
Q:Can you produce according to samples?
A:
Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings, but first we must confirm if we can produce the surface and size.
