The ZE1003 is a robust modular plastic conveyor belt featuring raised ribs for positive tracking and lateral stability. Its main advantages include a compact 25.4mm pitch design, high tensile strength for heavy-duty conveying, and excellent resistance to wear and corrosion. It is ideal for straight-running applications where product stability is critical.

The load capacity depends on the chosen material. We offer three main combinations: POM belt with PA pins: 23,000 N/m (Highest strength) POM belt with PP pins: 22,000 N/m PP belt with PP pins: 11,000 N/m (Standard economic choice) Choosing the right combination ensures you meet your specific throughput requirements without causing premature belt failure.

We provide two width calculation methods to ensure a perfect fit: Standard Assembly: Calculated as W = 85*N (where 'N' is the integer increase factor). Non-standard Assembly: Calculated as W = 85N + 5n. Base pieces: 85mm (single) and 170mm (double). Always measure your conveyor frame's inner clearance and confirm this calculation with our sales team to get the final assembly width.

This is a critical detail that many competitors overlook. Due to the physical properties of plastic materials, the ZE1003 belt has a material shrinkage rate of 0.1% to 0.3% during the manufacturing process.

The ZE1003 has a minimum back-flex radius of 50mm and a pin diameter of 4.6mm. This compact radius allows for smooth movement within tight conveyor layouts, saving your factory floor space. For installation, ensure the belt is assembled with the modules interlocked correctly and the PP/PA pins securely fastened.
