POM (Polyoxymethylene) offers the highest mechanical strength and wear resistance (up to 5200N load), making it best for dry, high-load environments. PP (Polypropylene) is lighter and offers excellent chemical resistance, suited for wet or acidic conditions. PE (Polyethylene) provides superior impact resistance for delicate product handling. Choosing the right material depends on your load and exposure to chemicals.

The belt uses a simple interlocking modular system. To install, align the hinge loops of adjacent segments and insert the connecting rods (pins) through the loops. No special tools are required. This pin-lock design ensures a secure connection but also allows for quick disassembly, making cleaning or replacing damaged sections effortless.

Due to the inherent thermal properties of plastics, the actual molded belt width is slightly smaller than the standard 186.7mm by approximately 0.1% to 0.3%. The working temperature depends on the material selected. Generally, POM modules operate well up to 80 degree centigrade, while PP and PE can handle up to 90 degree centigrade. However, please note that the safe working load significantly decreases as the environmental temperature rises. For high-temperature applications, we advise consulting our technical team for customized material solutions.

Maintenance is simple and requires minimal tools. Regularly flush the belt surface to remove debris, ensuring smooth operation. If a pin (4.9mm diameter) becomes damaged, simply push the old pin out using a metal rod and insert a new PA or PP pin through the hinge. This reduces downtime to just a few minutes, keeping your production line running efficiently.
