The ZE7706 is specifically designed for applications requiring high moisture or air flow. Its 8% perforated open area is optimized to prevent product sticking and assist in rapid draining. Combined with its robust 43,000 N/m load capacity (POM material) and a compact 25mm back-flex radius, it offers a perfect balance of high performance and space-saving design for modern food processing plants.

We strictly recommend utilizing the standard widths of 76.2mm and 152.4mm. The final assembled width is calculated as W=76.2mm*N (N is an integer). This recommendation is critical because customized non-standard widths are highly restricted by the exact positioning of the drive sprockets. Using a non-standard width could lead to misalignment and premature wear. Please consult our engineers to confirm compatibility before ordering.

The material selection plays a crucial role in temperature endurance. The POM (Acetal) material generally performs well in cooler to medium-temperature environments (typically effective between -40 to +80 degree centigrade). The PP (Polypropylene) base is ideal for moderate temperatures and offers excellent chemical resistance.

Maintenance is straightforward thanks to the plastic modular design. For routine cleaning, we recommend using high-pressure water jets or standard industrial conveyor belt cleaners. The 8% perforation significantly aids in flushing out debris and liquids during cleaning cycles. Always avoid extreme chemical solvents that are incompatible with POM or PP. Inspecting the pin joints (dia. 6mm) for wear periodically will significantly extend the belt's lifespan.

The choice of pins affects impact resistance and friction. Our PA (Nylon) pins offer excellent wear resistance and self-lubricating properties, making them great for continuous, high-speed applications (compatible with POM belts). Our PP pins are highly resistant to certain chemicals and are cost-effective. For most standard conveying tasks, we suggest the PA pin for its durability, while the PP pin is excellent for environments where corrosion or chemical exposure is a mild concern.
