For the actual transmission belt driving the line, we strongly recommend using a sprocket with no less than 10 teeth to ensure smooth tension and long belt life.

This specific system is designed exclusively for the dynamic side-transfer function (moving products laterally between parallel conveyors). While it has a back flex radius of 20mm for logistics flexibility, it is not intended for tight-radius turning curves.

Not frequently! Our PA (Nylon) connecting pins are engineered for self-lubrication and high wear resistance, significantly reducing maintenance cycles. Maintenance is simple: just inspect the transition junction periodically for foreign debris. Since the pin diameter is 4.6mm, replacements can be swiftly swapped out using standard modular belt tools.
