The temperature tolerance strictly depends on the chosen raw material. For continuous use, POM withstands up to 80 degree centigrade, PP up to 100 degree centigrade, PA (Nylon) up to 120 degree centigrade, and PE up to 70 degree centigrade. Please note, the ''Working load'' in our table is tested at 21 degree centigrade. For high-temperature applications, a load reduction might be required. Contact us for precise advice.

It's very simple. Our standard calculation is W (Nominal Width) = 152.4mm + (8.47mm * integer 'n'). Since we mold plastic parts, the actual finished width will be slightly smaller (0.1% to 0.3%) due to natural material shrinkage. We highly recommend providing your final technical drawing so we can create the closest integer 'n' match for you.
