Customized and Multi Color Modular Plastic Belt Conveyor Systems

POM (with PP pins) is our standard option, offering a working load of 2000 N/m at 21degree centigrade. It's highly cost-effective and suitable for general packaging, food, and logistics conveyors. PEEK (with PBT pins) offers a higher working load of 2300 N/m and provides superior chemical and temperature resistance, making it ideal for more demanding industrial environments, such as automotive parts or high-heat processing.

Our belts are highly customizable. The standard single-piece widths are 50mm and 100mm. For custom widths, we use the formula **W = 100 + 10*n (where "n" is the number of 10mm increments). However, since we design with your specific assembly needs in mind, it is crucial to confirm your sprocket location with our engineering team before we finalize your custom order to ensure a flawless fit.

The ZE0523 series features a very tight minimum back-flex radius of RD10 (10mm). This makes it exceptionally flexible, allowing your conveyor to turn in tight spaces. For the sprocket placement, the standard pitch is 5mm, and the pin diameter is 2.3mm. We recommend aligning your sprockets according to the hinge gap to prevent track slippag: our technical drawings are available to guide your installation.

This is a detail most competitors overlook! Plastic modular belts naturally shrink slightly after molding due to cooling. If a 1000mm width is ordered, the actual net width might be roughly 997mm to 999mm. Because we factor this exact 0.1%-0.3% shrinkage into our cutting and manufacturing process, you won't experience "width tolerance surprises" when installing the belt into your fixed conveyor frame. Absolutely. The flat top, seamless surface design prevents food particles or dust from getting trapped in deep pockets, making it very easy to wipe down and sanitize. The modular pin assembly means you can replace individual damaged links without having to replace the entire belt. Additionally, the pin materials (PP or PBT) provide excellent corrosion resistance against common industrial cleaners.
