AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryCartsfun (Zhengzhou Well-Known Instrument and Equipment Co., Ltd.) is identified as both a trading company and manufacturer/factory in Zhengzhou, China, supplying various electric vehicles and reporting broad export-market coverage. It holds CE certification and offers extensive customization options, but the evidence also shows only one R&D engineer, no new products launched in the prior year, no available SDK, and no Fortune 500 customer collaboration. Production-related data indicates lead times within 15 working days and 11–20 R&D engineers and quality-control staff by experience or staffing category, although the specific staffing fields are not fully consistent. Service and quality-system evidence is weak: there are no written corrective-action or complaint procedures, no quality-control test equipment reported, and no inventory, overseas warehouse, or showroom capability. Financial records are referenced by year but contain no substantive financial performance data.

Supplier typeThe supplier is explicitly classified as both a trading company and manufacturer/factory, with its registered company and operating location in Zhengzhou, Henan, China. Its described business covers design, promotion, sales, and production-related supply of multiple electric vehicle types.

CertificationsThe supplier reports CE certification for product compliance and sustainable development/product certification capability. No additional certification or the scope and validity details of the CE certification are provided.

After-Sales capabilityAfter-sales and service-system evidence is deficient: the supplier has no written corrective/preventive-action procedures or complaint-handling records, no written supplier-service assessment procedure, no in-stock service capacity, and no overseas warehouse or showroom. Three qualified service suppliers and some supplier names are reported, but this does not offset the explicitly missing procedures and service infrastructure.

R&D capabilityInnovation evidence is weak: the supplier reports one R&D engineer, no new products launched in the prior year, and no available SDK. Although customization is offered, the available information does not demonstrate active product innovation or strong R&D output.

Production capacityThe supplier reports lead times within 15 working days in both peak and off-peak seasons, and identifies 11–20 R&D engineers and 11–20 quality-control staff in its capability data. However, it also reports no inventory capacity, while outsourcing procedures and contracts are unknown; production capability is therefore supported mainly by stated lead time rather than comprehensive operational evidence.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly offers customization from samples, designs, full customization, minor customization, and flexible customization. Its product range includes specially designed electric vehicles, supporting the stated ability to handle customized vehicle requirements.
