AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryHento is identified as a trading company in Zhengzhou, with a business scope covering mechanical equipment, accessories, electronics, hardware, electrical products, and related technical services. It reports OEM and ODM availability, broad customization services, and production capacities of 50,000 drying-machine sets and 2,000 microwave-equipment units annually. Its machines are tested before delivery, some are CE certified, and the company reports prior assessments by TÜV, SGS, and BV. After-sales support includes multiple feedback channels, 24-hour service, engineer technical support, and lifetime technical support. However, no new products were launched in the past year, no SDK is available, no inventory or overseas warehouse/showroom is reported, and the provided financial information is insufficient for assessment.

CertificationsThe company states that some machines are CE certified and that it has passed supplier assessments by German TÜV, Swiss SGS, and French BV. Because certification applies only to part of the machine range and the specific certificates are not identified, the evidence supports partial certification coverage rather than comprehensive certification.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier reports email, phone, and online feedback channels, 24-hour after-sales service, complaint-recording procedures, engineer technical support within 24 hours, lifetime technical support, and a mature after-sales system. Overseas support is also available through agents or branches, although no overseas warehouse or showroom is reported.

Production capacityReported annual productivity is 50,000 sets for drying machines and 2,000 sets for microwave equipment. The supplier also reports average peak- and off-season lead times within 15 working days and written service-capability procedures with records, providing explicit evidence of capacity and delivery organization.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly supports customization from samples, designs, minor and full customization, and flexible customization. It also states that it can customize machines or provide customized solutions according to customer needs, indicating broad customization coverage.

Client casesThe supplier states that it has provided professional products and customized solutions to thousands of customers domestically and internationally, with claimed improvements in production efficiency, scrap rates, and economic growth. The evidence is supplier-reported and does not provide named customers or independently verifiable case details.
