Engineer will go to buyer's factory to install, test machines,and train buyer's staff how to operate, maintain machines. Operating manuals will be sent with machine or by email. We are also cooperating with a lot oversea service companies in many countrie.

What is the warranty of your machines?

2 years warranty is given.Within 2 years after the goods shipped, we will send new parts for free for any broken part(not by man-made operational mistakes).After 2 years, we just charge 90% of the cost of the parts. What is the package of this machine? We make wooden box as package for the machine.
