The drying product moisture can be reduced to less than 25%, specifically achieving a drop moisture content of 20-25% which is adjustable.

It is widely used for various sludge types including electroplating, tannery, chemical, oil field, municipal sewage, activated, sewer, petrochemical, paper, printing and dyeing sludge, and biological fermentation bacteria residue.

The equipment features repeated crushing, beating, and cleaning devices. The grid-shaped copying board picks up wet mud, and the cleaning device reasonably cleans mud adhered to the inner wall to prevent sticking.

Wet sludge enters the tumble dryer and passes through six areas: material guide, repeated crushing/beating, main drying, beating/crushing/drying, strengthened drying, and discharge. Hot air evaporates water while lifting plates and copying boards ensure uniform heat exchange and particle size reduction.

The system adopts a four-stage method: first-stage cyclone dust collector, second-stage acid washing, third-stage alkali washing, and fourth-stage ultraviolet ray decomposition. Final odor gas is controlled within 2000 dimensionless.
