Our drum dryer works for slag, river sand, wood chips, medicinal residue, organic fertilizer, feed, sawdust, rice husk, straw, bagasse, coal slime, kaolin, sludge and many other granular & powdery bulk materials. Some sticky, heat-sensitive or dusty materials need customized internal flights or temperature control. Please tell us your raw material and moisture data for confirmation.

We mainly confirm 4 key data: hourly output, raw material type, initial moisture content and target final moisture. With these information, we can recommend the proper model and heat source for you.

Multiple optional heat sources: coal, biomass fuel, natural gas, diesel, steam, hot air furnace. We will suggest the most economical heat source according to your local fuel cost.

For sticky materials such as sludge, bentonite and distiller's grains, we can install anti-sticking flights or scraper devices inside the drum. The standard model is not suitable for high-viscosity materials directly.

We provide 12 months warranty from the date of equipment arrival. We supply lifelong technical support and spare parts supply. Warranty excludes wearing parts such as riding wheels, rolling rings and lifting plates.
