The listed capacity is obtained under ideal feeding conditions. Actual output is subject to material hardness, feeding granularity, moisture content and sieve hole size. High-hardness materials or wet sticky materials will lower throughput. We can customize sieve plates according to your required discharge size to stabilize production performance.

It is fit for medium-hard brittle materials such as ore, limestone, glass and lightweight scrap metal. It is not suitable for tough ductile metal blocks, large steel pieces and heavily wet sticky materials. These materials will cause serious hammer head abrasion, blockage and motor overload.

Hammer head service life varies greatly with raw materials. When crushing common brittle ore, the service life is about 600-1300 working hours. The high-alloy hammer heads can be turned-over for secondary use. Worn-out parts cannot be re-ground, and we supply complete spare hammer head sets.

Discharge granularity is mainly adjusted by changing sieve plates with different aperture sizes. Smaller sieve holes produce finer finished material. Gap between hammer head and sieve plate can also be fine-tuned. Rotor speed is fixed and cannot be used for particle size adjustment.

Match power supply strictly according to motor power. The installation base must be flat and rigid to cut down strong vibration. Remove iron and oversized foreign objects before feeding. Routine inspection of hammer head wear and bearing lubrication will effectively extend machine service life.
