Q:What materials can the soil crusher process?

It is mainly used for crushing wet soil clods, yellow mud, weathered soil, pond mud, fermented organic fertilizer, chicken manure, cow manure and cinder. It is NOT suitable for hard stones, metal, large bricks or highly viscous silt. Hard objects will damage the hammer blades.

Q:Which model should I choose? How about the output?

Small model: 1-3 tons per hour, for nursery and seedling raising. Medium model: 5-10 tons per hour, for greenhouse farms. Large model: 15-30 tons per hour, for organic fertilizer plants. Actual output is affected by material moisture and feeding size. Output will drop when processing wet soil.

Q:Electric motor or diesel engine? What if there is no 3-phase power supply?

Standard unit is equipped with 3-phase electric motor. Diesel-powered version is available for sites without grid power. 220V single-phase power is only fit for tiny mini models; high-power machines are not recommended for single-phase supply due to insufficient power and easy stalling.

Q:Can I adjust the crushed soil particle size?

Yes. Replace sieves with different aperture sizes to control discharging fineness. Smaller sieve holes produce finer soil particles. Worn sieves shall be replaced timely.

Q:What is the suitable material moisture? Can it crush wet soil?

Optimal moisture content: 20-30%. Too wet soil will clog and paste the sieve. Too dry soil causes heavy dust. Wet materials are suggested to be sun-dried before crushing.
