Q:Do we need to add binder when making briquettes?
A:
No binder is required. It relies on lignin inside biomass under high temperature and pressure to finish bonding.
Q:What is the ideal moisture content of raw materials?
A:
Optimal moisture: 8 to 12%. Too high will cause briquette cracking; too low leads to poor molding and fast wear of screw.
Q:What supporting equipment do I need for complete production?
A:
According to raw material status, crusher, dryer and conveyor are optional. Wet raw materials must be dried before extrusion.
Q:What is your warranty term? Can you customize mould size?
A:
12 month warranty for main unit (exclude wearing parts). Different diameter moulds can be customized to get various briquette sizes.
