110cc cross bike price manufacturers

The price of a 110cc cross bike is primarily driven by the engine type (horizontal vs. vertical), cooling system (air-cooled is standard), and frame construction. High-quality models feature reinforced steel tube frames and adjustable hydraulic shock absorbers. Buyers should look for automatic or semi-automatic transmissions for entry-level markets, and ensure the carburetor brand (e.g., Mikuni or PZ22) is reputable to guarantee fuel efficiency and easy starting.

Compliance is critical for customs clearance. For the US market, bikes must meet EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) or CARB (California Air Resources Board) emissions standards. For the European market, CE marking and compliance with EN 16029 (ride-on off-road vehicles) are required. Always verify the VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) format to ensure it meets your local transport authority's registration requirements if the bike is intended for street-legal use.

Selecting bikes with standardized parts significantly reduces maintenance overhead. Prioritize suppliers using common tire sizes (e.g., 14-inch front/12-inch rear) and universal brake pads. Models equipped with electric start plus kick-start backups offer better reliability. Using stainless steel exhaust pipes and rust-resistant chains (e.g., KMC) will prevent premature wear in humid or coastal environments.

110cc cross bikes are generally designed for youth riders or beginners in off-road environments like dirt tracks or private farms. The typical maximum load capacity ranges from 70kg to 90kg. For B2B buyers supplying rental tracks or training schools, choosing models with speed limiters and emergency kill switches is essential for user safety and liability reduction.

Cross bikes are heavy and prone to impact damage. Insist on SKD (Semi-Knocked Down) or CKD (Completely Knocked Down) packaging using metal crate frames inside a 7-layer corrugated carton. Request the supplier to provide loading photos to ensure the containers are braced correctly, preventing the bikes from shifting during transit.

Focus on volume-based pricing tiers. A typical 20GP container holds about 60-80 units; reaching this volume can reduce the unit price by 10-15%. Instead of just pushing for the lowest price, negotiate for free spare parts (usually 2-3% of the order value), such as extra spark plugs, air filters, and clutch cables, which are high-turnover items for your after-sales service.

Utilize secure payment methods and verify the supplier's credentials on Made-in-China.com. Look for Audited Suppliers who have undergone third-party onsite inspections by SGS or TÜV Rheinland. Use Escrow services or Letters of Credit (L/C) for large first-time orders to ensure payment is only released upon proof of shipment and document verification.

Motorcycles are classified as Dangerous Goods (UN3166). Ensure the supplier drains all fuel and provides a Non-Hazardous Declaration if the batteries are disconnected and dry. If shipping with lead-acid or lithium batteries, the supplier must provide an MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) and UN38.3 test reports to comply with international maritime shipping regulations.
