1880 toilet paper machine manufacturers

The '1880' designation refers to the effective paper width of 1880mm. When sourcing, you must verify the production capacity (typically 2-3 tons per day), the operating speed (m/min), and the heating method (steam, electric, or gas). Ensure the machine includes a high-precision jumbo roll stand, an automatic tail-sealing system, and pneumatic paper loading to reduce manual labor and increase efficiency.

Prioritize machines equipped with PLC control systems (such as Siemens or Delta) for stable operation. Check if the perforation blades are made of high-speed steel for longevity. The embossing unit should offer adjustable pressure, and the wallboard thickness of the machine frame should be sufficient to minimize vibration during high-speed operation, ensuring a service life of at least 10-15 years.

For entry into the EU, the machine must have a CE Certification and comply with the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. For the US market, ensure electrical components meet UL or ETL standards. It is critical to verify that the supplier provides emergency stop mechanisms and protective shielding around moving parts to meet international occupational safety requirements.

Yes, a high-quality 1880 machine should be compatible with virgin wood pulp, recycled paper, and bamboo pulp. However, you must confirm with the supplier if the tension control system is sensitive enough to handle low-GSM (grams per square meter) tissue without tearing, especially when using recycled materials which have shorter fibers.

Always conduct a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI). You should hire a third-party agency (like SGS or Intertek) to perform a running test (FAT - Factory Acceptance Test) using your specific raw materials. Ensure the serial numbers of key components (motors, PLCs) match the proforma invoice before the final balance is paid.

The 1880 machine is bulky; ensure the supplier uses vacuum packaging and anti-rust oil for the rollers to prevent sea-salt corrosion. Request a detailed loading plan to fit into 40HC containers. For installation, negotiate for remote video guidance or the dispatch of an on-site engineer, and ensure the supplier provides a complete English manual and wiring diagrams.

Use Secured Trading Services provided by reputable platforms like Made-in-China.com to protect your funds. A standard payment structure is 30% deposit and 70% against the Bill of Lading (B/L) or after a successful inspection report. Avoid 100% upfront payments to maintain leverage in case of quality disputes.

Industrial machines require ongoing maintenance. Confirm a warranty period of at least 12-24 months on core parts. Ask the supplier if they maintain a stock of wearing parts (like blades and belts) and if they can provide 24/7 technical support to minimize downtime in your production line.
