Abamectin ec 1.8% price manufacturers

Buyers must verify the active ingredient content (1.8% w/v or w/w), the emulsion stability, and the cold test performance to ensure the product does not crystallize during storage. It is critical to request a Certificate of Analysis (COA) for every batch to confirm the pH value (typically 4.0 - 7.0) and moisture content meet international FAO standards.

This concentration is highly effective for controlling spider mites, leafminers, and psylla in crops such as citrus, vegetables, cotton, and ornamental plants. It acts primarily through stomach toxicity and contact action, providing a long residual effect due to its translaminar activity, which allows the active ingredient to penetrate leaf tissue.

Suppliers should ideally hold ISO 9001 for quality management and ISO 14001 for environmental management. For specific markets, ensure the product is registered with the local Ministry of Agriculture and complies with FAO/WHO specifications. Always check for MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) documentation to ensure safe handling and transport.

Price is heavily influenced by the quality of the solvent and emulsifier used. While technical grade Abamectin prices fluctuate based on raw material costs, buyers should look for bulk pricing tiers (e.g., 1000L+ orders) which can reduce costs by 10-20%. Avoid prices significantly below market average, as this often indicates diluted active ingredients or poor-quality solvents that may cause phytotoxicity.

The main risks include customs seizure due to lack of registration, leakage during transit, and chemical degradation caused by improper storage temperatures. To mitigate these, ensure the supplier uses UN-approved high-density polyethylene (HDPE) bottles or fluorinated bottles and provides a DGD (Dangerous Goods Declaration) for maritime transport.

Focus on transparency regarding the formulation. Ask for the brand of emulsifier used, as this affects efficacy. Negotiate for payment terms like LC (Letter of Credit) or Trade Assurance to protect your funds until the third-party inspection (such as SGS or BV) confirms the chemical composition at the loading port.

Abamectin 1.8% EC is classified as a Class 6.1 or Class 9 dangerous good depending on the solvent's flashpoint. Shipping requires IMO-compliant labeling and stowage away from food and feedstuffs. For shipping to regions like Southeast Asia or Africa, ensure the packaging is UV-resistant to prevent degradation in tropical climates.

Always verify the supplier's Pesticide Production License issued by their local government. Use the Audit Reports available on Made-in-China.com to check the factory's actual production capacity. Never transfer full payment upfront; instead, use a 30% deposit and 70% balance against the Bill of Lading (B/L) after quality verification.
