Acp peeling machine manufacturers

Buyers should prioritize separation purity, which should ideally reach 99% or higher to ensure the value of recovered aluminum and plastic. Key specs include processing capacity (kg/h), motor power (kW), and the blade material (look for high-strength alloy steel for longevity). Additionally, ensure the machine features adjustable rollers to accommodate different panel thicknesses, typically ranging from 2mm to 6mm.

For international trade, the machine must carry a CE Certification for the European market or meet UL standards for North America. Since these machines involve high-speed rotation and heat, verify the inclusion of emergency stop buttons, protective shielding, and overload protection. Compliance with ISO 9001 for manufacturing quality management is also a critical indicator of supplier reliability.

Most modern ACP peeling machines use electric heating or electromagnetic heating to soften the polymer core. Electromagnetic heating is generally more energy-efficient and provides faster pre-heating, reducing operational costs. Ensure the machine has a precise temperature control system to prevent the plastic from burning, which would degrade the material quality and create toxic fumes.

These machines are primarily used in scrap metal recycling centers and ACP production facilities for processing off-cuts. If you are a high-volume recycler, look for fully automated lines that include crushers and separators. For smaller operations, a standalone peeling machine with a capacity of 500-1000kg per day is often the most economically feasible starting point.

Request a live video demonstration of the machine processing actual ACP scrap. You should also ask for third-party inspection reports (such as SGS or BV) and check if the supplier is a Gold Member or Audited Supplier on Made-in-China.com, which provides an extra layer of verification regarding their factory scale and business legitimacy.

The primary risks are corrosion from sea air and mechanical damage during transit. Ensure the contract specifies seaworthy packaging, including vacuum plastic wrapping and secure wooden crate fastening. It is highly recommended to purchase Marine Insurance and clarify Incoterms (e.g., CIF or FOB) to define exactly when the risk transfers from the seller to the buyer.

Focus on the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) rather than just the sticker price. Negotiate for a spare parts package (extra blades, heating elements, and bearings) to be included in the initial price. For large orders, propose a staged payment structure (e.g., 30% deposit, 60% after production/inspection, 10% after successful installation or arrival) to maintain leverage.

Confirm if the supplier provides remote technical support via video call and if they have English-language manuals and wiring diagrams. Ask about the warranty period (standard is 12 months) and the availability of DHL/FedEx shipping for replacement parts. Suppliers who offer on-site installation services (even if at an extra cost) are generally more technically competent.
