Aluminium door net manufacturers

When selecting aluminium door nets (often referred to as security mesh or insect screens), prioritize Aluminium Alloy 6063-T5 for the frame and High-Tensile Aluminium or Stainless Steel 304/316 wire for the mesh. For coastal areas, ensure the mesh has a marine-grade powder coating to prevent salt-air corrosion. Always verify the wire diameter (standard is 0.8mm to 1.0mm for security) and mesh count (e.g., 11x11 or 14x14) to balance airflow with protection.

For B2B buyers focusing on security, the product must pass the Knife Shear Test (AS5039) and Impact Test. Ensure the net is integrated into the frame using a screw-clamp or pressure-fit system rather than simple glue, as this prevents the mesh from being kicked out. Additionally, check for UV resistance in the coating to ensure the color does not fade under intense sunlight.

Ensure the supplier complies with ISO 9001 for quality management. For specific markets like Australia or North America, look for adherence to AS 5039-2008 (Security Screen Doors) or ASTM standards. Request REACH or RoHS certifications for the powder coating to ensure no toxic lead or cadmium is present, which is a critical requirement for EU and US customs.

To maximize value, source Standard Sizes (e.g., 900mm x 2100mm) to reduce waste, or request Semi-Finished Profiles if you have local assembly capabilities to save on shipping volume. Bulk discounts typically trigger at 500+ units, where you can negotiate a 15-20% price reduction. Always calculate the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), including anti-dumping duties which some countries apply to aluminium extrusions.

The biggest risks are surface scratching during transit and anti-dumping duties. Ensure the contract specifies PE protective film on all aluminium surfaces and wooden crate packaging for LCL shipments. Check your local trade policy for extra tariffs on Chinese aluminium extrusions to avoid unexpected costs at the border.

Focus on Technical Transparency. Ask for a video of the salt spray test and a cross-section view of the frame. Negotiate for a 30% deposit and 70% balance against the Bill of Lading (B/L). For long-term partnerships, request OEM/ODM customization rights for your brand logo to be laser-etched on the frames.

Aluminium nets are 'light but bulky.' Use FCL (Full Container Load) whenever possible to prevent bending damage from other heavy cargo in LCL. If shipping to the US or Europe, utilize DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms if you want the supplier to handle the complex customs clearance, or FOB if you have a reliable freight forwarder who understands aluminium tariff codes (HS Code 761010).

Always use the Secured Trading Service on Made-in-China.com to protect your payment. Before the final payment, hire a third-party inspection agency (like SGS or Intertek) to perform a 'Pre-Shipment Inspection' to verify the mesh tension, coating thickness (minimum 60-80 microns), and quantity accuracy.
