Cheap chinese phones manufacturers

Focus on the Processor (SoC), RAM/ROM configuration, and Battery Capacity. For entry-level devices, ensure a minimum of 4GB RAM and 64GB ROM to handle modern OS requirements. Verify that the battery is at least 5000mAh with 10W-18W fast charging support. Additionally, check the Screen Resolution; while 720p (HD+) is standard for 'cheap' models, 90Hz refresh rates are becoming a competitive benchmark even in budget tiers.

You must verify the Network Frequency Bands (4G LTE/5G). Request a detailed spec sheet from the supplier to confirm support for B1/B3/B7/B20 for Europe or B2/B4/B5/B12/B66 for North America. Ensure the devices are Factory Unlocked and support Dual SIM functionality if required by your target market. Always ask for a sample unit to conduct local field testing before placing a bulk order.

Compliance is non-negotiable. For the EU market, products must have CE marking and RoHS certification. For the US, FCC certification is required. Ensure the Lithium batteries have UN38.3 and MSDS reports for safe air and sea transport. If the phones include pre-installed software, verify they pass Google Mobile Services (GMS) certification to ensure access to the Play Store and security updates.

Request information on Drop Test standards and Button Life cycles (e.g., power button tested for 100,000 presses). Check if the casing is Polycarbonate or Aluminum alloy; while plastic is cheaper, high-quality polycarbonate offers better impact resistance. Inquire about the Software Update Policy, as even budget phones should ideally receive security patches for at least 1-2 years to maintain user safety.

Work with Verified Suppliers on Made-in-China.com who have undergone on-site audits. Explicitly state in the contract that all components, including the LCD and Battery, must be 100% Brand New. Use Third-Party Inspection services (like SGS or Intertek) to perform a random pull-test during production to verify internal components against the agreed-upon Bill of Materials (BOM).

Negotiate based on Volume Tiers and Long-term Partnership rather than just a one-time low price. If the unit price is firm, negotiate for Value-Added Services such as Customized Packaging (OEM), Free Spare Parts (usually 1-2% of the order quantity), or Extended Warranty periods. Always request a Proforma Invoice (PI) that clearly outlines the technical specs to prevent 'spec-drifting' during mass production.

Mobile phones contain Lithium-ion batteries, which are classified as Dangerous Goods (DG). You must use a freight forwarder experienced in DG handling. For 'Cheap' phones, Sea Freight is more economical for large volumes, but Air Freight is safer for high-value electronics to reduce the risk of theft and moisture damage. Ensure the packaging includes Anti-Static bags and Shock-Absorbent foam.

Utilize Secured Payment methods and trade assurance services provided by Made-in-China.com. Avoid direct wire transfers to private accounts. Follow a 30/70 payment structure: 30% deposit to start production and the 70% balance paid only after a successful pre-shipment inspection and receipt of the Bill of Lading (B/L) copy.
