Dildo silicone penis manufacturers

Prioritize 100% Medical-Grade Silicone or Platinum-Cured Silicone. These materials are non-porous, hypoallergenic, and phthalate-free, ensuring they do not harbor bacteria and are safe for long-term skin contact. Avoid 'jelly' or PVC materials which may contain harmful plasticizers.

Focus on Shore Hardness (Durometer); a rating of Shore A 10-20 provides a realistic, soft feel, while Shore A 30+ is firmer. For vibrating models, ensure the motor is whisper-quiet (<50dB) and the battery is a rechargeable Lithium-ion cell with at least 60-90 minutes of runtime.

Products must comply with CE and RoHS for electronic components and FDA or LFGB standards for the silicone material itself. Ensure the supplier provides REACH certification to confirm the absence of restricted chemicals, which is critical for the European market.

Look for an IPX7 waterproof rating, which allows the product to be submerged in up to 1 meter of water for 30 minutes. This is a major selling point for hygiene and versatility, as it allows for easy cleaning and use in various environments.

Request discreet packaging and use neutral descriptions on shipping manifests, such as 'Silicone Crafts' or 'Massager'. This reduces the risk of customs delays or seizures in conservative regions and protects consumer privacy.

Ensure the design does not infringe on patented shapes or branded molds from major international labels. Work with reputable manufacturers on Made-in-China.com who offer OEM/ODM services to create unique designs or white-label products with legal authorization.

Always use Trade Assurance or Secure Payment services provided by platforms like Made-in-China.com. Never wire full payments via Western Union to unknown individuals; instead, use Escrow-based systems where funds are only released upon proof of shipment.

For small batches, Air Express (DHL/FedEx) is fastest for testing markets. For bulk orders, Sea Freight (LCL/FCL) is more economical. Ensure your freight forwarder is experienced in handling battery-operated goods (PI967/PI966) if the products include vibration functions.
