Double bed sheet manufacturers

Prioritize 100% Long-Staple Cotton (Egyptian or Pima) for premium durability and softness. For the B2B market, a Thread Count (TC) between 300 and 600 is the 'sweet spot' for balancing luxury with industrial laundering durability. Ensure the GSM (Grams per Square Meter) is specified; typically 120-150 GSM is ideal for year-round use. If sourcing for budget-conscious markets, Microfiber (90-110 GSM) offers excellent wrinkle resistance and cost-efficiency.

It is critical to ensure products are OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified, which guarantees the fabric is free from harmful chemicals. For organic lines, verify GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certification. If exporting to the US, ensure compliance with 16 CFR Part 1610 (Flammability of Clothing Textiles) if applicable, and for the EU, adhere to REACH regulations regarding dye safety.

Request a Third-Party Lab Test Report focusing on three metrics: Pilling Resistance (Grade 4 or higher), Colorfastness to Washing (ISO 105-C06), and Shrinkage Rate (controlled within ±3%). Additionally, check the stitching density, which should be at least 10-12 stitches per inch to prevent seam bursting under tension.

Buyers are increasingly looking for Moisture-wicking and Cooling Technologies (such as Bamboo-derived Rayon or Tencel blends). For the hospitality sector, Anti-bacterial and Anti-mite treatments (like Silver Ion technology) are high-value add-ons. Also, ensure Deep Pocket designs (up to 40cm) to accommodate modern thick mattresses with toppers.

Utilize Pre-shipment Inspections (PSI) conducted by agencies like SGS or Intertek. Never release the final 70% balance payment until the inspection report confirms the bulk goods match the Golden Sample in terms of weight, thread count, and color accuracy.

Focus on Tiered Pricing; ask for quotes at 500, 2,000, and 5,000 units to understand the supplier's margin. Negotiate for OEM branding (private labeling) to be included in the unit price. Always verify if the supplier is an Audited Supplier on the platform to ensure they have a physical factory and verified production capacity.

Bed sheets are heavy and high-volume; Sea Freight (FCL or LCL) is the most economical method. Use Vacuum Compression Packaging to reduce the total CBM (Cubic Meters) by up to 50%, significantly lowering shipping costs. Ensure the supplier provides a Detailed Packing List and Commercial Invoice that matches your country's HS Code (typically 6302.31 for cotton bed linen) to avoid customs delays.

Always use Secured Payment services provided by reputable platforms or Letters of Credit (L/C) for very large orders. Avoid direct wire transfers to private bank accounts. Ensure all specifications, including lead times and penalty clauses for delays, are clearly stated in a signed Proforma Invoice (PI) or Sales Contract.
