Focus on mold ownership and exclusivity. If you are developing a custom shape, clarify who owns the physical mold and ensure the supplier cannot sell your design to other buyers. While the bottles themselves are not hazardous, the packaging materials (like wooden pallets) must be ISPM 15 heat-treated to pass customs.
