Eyelash extension glue lash adhesive manufacturers

When sourcing lash adhesive, you must prioritize drying time (0.5s to 3s) based on the technician's skill level and retention period (typically 6-8 weeks). Pay close attention to the viscosity; low viscosity (water-like) is preferred for volume lashes to prevent wicking, while medium viscosity is better for beginners. Additionally, verify the Cyanoacrylate content percentage, as this is the primary bonding agent.

Lash glues are highly sensitive to the environment. Most professional adhesives require a humidity range of 45%-60% and a temperature of 20°C-25°C. If your target market has extreme climates, you must source 'weather-flexible' formulas or ensure your buyers use hygrometers. Incorrect storage or usage conditions will lead to poor retention or 'shock polymerization' (white residue).

Safety is paramount for products used near the eyes. Ensure the supplier provides a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) and a Certificate of Analysis (COA). For the US market, ingredients must be FDA-compliant, and for the EU, the product must adhere to REACH regulations. Look for ISO 22716 (GMP for Cosmetics) certification to ensure the manufacturing process meets international hygiene standards.

Yes, most top-tier suppliers on Made-in-China.com offer Private Label (OEM) services. You can customize the bottle shape, nozzle design (anti-clogging), and outer packaging. Some manufacturers also allow for formula adjustments, such as 'Low Fume' versions for sensitive eyes or 'Carbon Black-free' clear glues for colored lash extensions.

Lash adhesive is classified as liquid chemical goods and sometimes as dangerous goods (flammable) depending on the flashpoint. This requires specialized logistics channels and may incur higher shipping costs. Furthermore, the product has a short shelf life (usually 6 months unopened, 1 month opened), so you must avoid overstocking and ensure the supplier provides the latest production batch.

Always request samples first to test the 'fume level' and 'bonding strength.' Check if the supplier has a 'Diamond Member' or 'Audited Supplier' status on Made-in-China.com, which indicates they have undergone third-party verification. Ask for a video audit of their laboratory to ensure they perform stability testing on every batch.

Focus on Tiered Pricing based on volume, but also negotiate on packaging costs. Many suppliers include standard bottles in the price but charge extra for luxury boxes or specialized silica gel desiccant packs. Request a guaranteed shelf-life clause in your contract to ensure you don't receive old stock that will expire shortly after arrival.

Use Secured Trading services provided by professional platforms to ensure your payment is only released after you confirm receipt of the goods. For large orders, consider a third-party pre-shipment inspection to verify that the quantity and packaging meet your specifications before the balance is paid.
