F198 drone manufacturers

The F198 is typically positioned as a brushless motor folding drone. Buyers should prioritize units equipped with GPS positioning systems for stable hovering and 'Return to Home' (RTH) safety. Ensure the camera supports 4K UHD resolution with at least a 90-degree adjustable lens via remote control. Battery capacity is critical; look for 7.4V 2000mAh+ modular batteries that provide a minimum of 20-25 minutes of flight time per charge.

For the US market, the drone must have FCC certification for radio frequency and Remote ID compliance if it exceeds 250g. For the EU, CE marking (RED directive) and RoHS are mandatory. Additionally, ensure the batteries have UN38.3 and MSDS reports to facilitate legal and safe international air or sea freight.

Request a sample for flight stress testing, specifically checking the wind resistance level (usually Level 4-5 for this class). Verify the image transmission distance; while many claim 1km+, stable 5G Wi-Fi FPV usually performs best within 300-500 meters. Check the brushless motor lifespan, which should significantly exceed traditional brushed motors, offering better power efficiency and lower noise.

Most professional suppliers on Made-in-China.com offer logo silk-printing on the drone body for MOQs as low as 100 units. For larger orders (500+ units), you can customize the startup screen of the App, the remote controller layout, and branded gift box packaging. This is essential for building brand equity in the consumer electronics market.

Drones are classified as Dangerous Goods (DG) due to lithium batteries. You must ensure the supplier provides proper DG packaging and uses a freight forwarder experienced in Battery-inclusive shipping. For cost-efficiency, Sea Freight (LCL/FCL) is recommended for bulk, while Special Line Air Freight is faster but requires strict adherence to IATA regulations.

Focus on the 'Total Package' price rather than just the unit cost. Negotiate for extra sets of propellers and batteries to be included in the bundle, as these have high perceived value for end-users but low cost for manufacturers. Request a 1-2% spare parts allowance (motors, arms, screws) to handle minor warranty claims locally without returning units to China.

Utilize Secured Payment services provided by Made-in-China.com to protect your funds until shipment. Always hire a third-party inspection agency to conduct a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI). The inspector should specifically check the GPS lock speed, camera gimbal stability, and battery charging safety to prevent high defect rates upon arrival.

Before importing, verify the weight of the F198. If it is under 250g, it often bypasses strict registration laws in many countries. If it is over, you must provide your customers with guidance on local civil aviation registration (e.g., FAA in the US, EASA in Europe) to avoid legal issues that could lead to product returns.
