Avoid air freight unless it is a high-margin luxury set, as the volumetric weight and fragility surcharges will significantly erode your profit margins.

Request a factory video audit to see their glass tempering and printing facilities, which confirms they are a direct manufacturer rather than a middleman.

Focus on MOQ flexibility and customization costs. Many suppliers offer lower prices if you use their standard mold sizes (e.g., 25x25cm or 35x35cm).
