Hotfix stones are heavy and friction can scratch the facets. Ensure they are packed in thick, vacuum-sealed plastic bags inside double-corrugated export cartons. For large motifs/transfers, they must be placed between protective silicone release paper to prevent the glue from sticking to other sheets during transit in high-temperature shipping containers.
