Lions clubs badges manufacturers

For professional Lions Clubs badges, the most common materials are Zinc Alloy, Brass, or Iron. Zinc Alloy is preferred for 3D designs due to its fluidity. The most durable coloring processes include Hard Enamel (Cloisonné) or Soft Enamel with an Epoxy coating for a smooth, protective finish. Ensure the plating uses Real Gold or Nickel to prevent oxidation and maintain a premium luster over time.

Buyers must verify that the supplier can accurately replicate the official Lions logo, paying close attention to the Pantone color matches (typically specific shades of Blue and Gold). The typography and lion head orientation must strictly adhere to LCI brand guidelines. It is highly recommended to request a digital proof or a physical pre-production sample to confirm logo integrity before mass production.

The choice of backing depends on the garment. Butterfly clutches (military clutch) are standard for lapel pins, while Magnetic backings are increasingly popular for high-end suits to avoid puncturing the fabric. For heavy convention badges, a Safety Pin or Deluxe Flat-head clutch provides more security against accidental loss during high-activity events.

Cross-border buyers must ensure the products are Lead-free and Nickel-free to comply with international safety regulations like California Prop 65 (US) or REACH (EU). This prevents skin irritation for the wearer and avoids customs seizures. Always ask the supplier for SGS or Intertek material test reports.

Ensure you have the proper authorization or license to produce the Lions Clubs logo. When sourcing via Made-in-China.com, prioritize Audited Suppliers who have experience with licensed merchandise. A reputable supplier will often ask for your Letter of Authorization (LOA) to ensure the transaction is legally compliant.

Badges are small but dense, making them heavy in bulk. For orders under 50kg, International Express (DHL/FedEx/UPS) is the most efficient, usually taking 3-5 business days. For larger commemorative event orders (100kg+), Air Freight offers a better balance between cost and speed. Always clarify if the price is FOB (Free on Board) or DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to account for import taxes.

Custom badges require a steel mold. Negotiate for a mold fee waiver if your order exceeds a certain volume (e.g., 1,000+ pieces). For recurring annual club needs, ask the supplier to store the mold for at least 2 years at no extra charge to save on setup costs for future re-orders.

Use Secured Payment services provided by the sourcing platform to ensure funds are only released after shipping confirmation. For large-scale orders, consider a 30% deposit and 70% balance payment after receiving a third-party inspection report or high-resolution photos of the finished batch.
